SIZE CHART
Using a set of calipers, take measurements from the following areas on the head. After each point is taken, place the calipers on a ruler and record the measurement in inches. Once you have recorded the measurement, consult the chart below to find your correct sizeCalipers can be found at pottery supply or art stores, and a Sportmask Caliper Template can be found HERE.
If you do not have access to calipers, a tape measurer can be used to determine a general fit. Measure the circumference of your head from approximately 1.5 inches above the eyebrows, then consult the Tape Measurer Method chart below to determine your approximate size.
- CHEEK: Highest point of cheek bone just in front of the ears
- JAW: Clench your teeth and feel for the muscle at the point of your jaw. Don't be afraid to apply pressure to the calipers. You want to measure the width of the jaw bone, not including skin and fat.
- HEAD SIDE: Measure 1.5 inches above and center to the ear.
- HEAD WIDTH: Center of forehead to back of head
