Exclusive Goalie Equipment Retailer of USA Hockey
The Vaughn 7110 blocker was designed specifically for the young, beginning goaltender in mind. It has the same look that the pro's are using with features that make it an easy first blocker to use.
New for 2012, larger Molded plastic reinforced finger and thumb padding has been added to the side of the hand, and additional padding has been added around the index finger to protect against pucks that ride up the stick paddle towards the hand. The cuff opening has also been made larger to add more room for arm pads, and to increase wrist flexibility.
The blocker board itself features a robust blocking board that is curved at the top to keep pucks from hitting it and skipping over into the net. To provide additional protection against the impact of the puck, additional padding is placed on the back of the blocker hand. The blocker palm itself has been placed forward of center, and the front of the blocker board is beveled, to allow for easy stick pick-up and paddle down moves on the ice.

Vaughn 7100 Velocity Goalie Catch Glove Color specifications:
Measure your hand from the heel of the palm to the tip of the middle finger, then consult the chart below to find the size that will work for you.
Key to a Proper Fit:
The blocker should be fitted based on hand size. The goalie's fingers should be no more than 1/4" from the end of the fingers in the palm. If the fingers are too long, chances are the hand tabs that tie down the palm to the blocker are too large. This will cause the blocker to wobble, tilt or rotate on the goaltender's hand, seriously affecting control while limiting coverage (blocking surface).
