The Reebok 2K Street Goalie Leg Pads offer you an easy and affordable way to get outdoors for some good old fashioned street hockey.
Wrapped in a tough synthetic leather, the 2K Street Pads share the look of their more upscale brethren, but just below the surface leather lies reinforced plastic sliding sheets. These sheets give extended life to the pad by allowing for use long after the leather covering has worn away. You'll also notice smoother slides when transitioning side-to-side.
Dense foam padding and side rolls protect your legs from impact and the two-piece knee stack cradles your knee during game play. Likewise, the thigh board and full calf wrap will easily protect the back of your leg.
The flat face design and square outer roll are made specifically for the rigors of the street game and provide good blocking surface and protection. Flex points and the knee and ankle allow the pad to easily move and flex right out of the box.
SIZE CHART
Reebok utilizes a "Floor to Knee" fit guide to determine the proper leg pad size to meet your needs. To determine your "Floor to Knee" measurement, measure the distance from the floor (in bare feet) to the middle of the knee cap, straight up, knees slightly bent. Find this measurement in the chart below, then look at the number above it to find your pad size.
If fitted properly, the goalie's knee should rest in the center of the knee cradle with the pad securely attached to the goal skate and properly strapped on the goaltender's leg. Generally, this will ensure that the pad breaks (bends) at the knee/shin and ankle as designed for optimal performance.
